Opportunities for Advancement For new hires, our starting rate includes: ? Base rate: $14.00 an hour ? Tips: $2.35 an hour ? Bonus: $.65 an hour ? Total: $17.00 an hour Initially, new hires should expect to receive 15-20 hours a week. After training, Team Members will get up to 40 hours a week. The schedule breakdown is: ? 10 hour shift ? 8 hour shift ? Day shift ? Holidays ? Night shift ? Weekends We will also provide you with all the necessary training, which may include the following responsibilities:: ? Taking orders, ? Preparing / cooking food, ? Cleaning tasks, ?
