About the position The Manager, Strategic Value Planning at CVS Health is responsible for developing and delivering decision support tools, reporting applications, insights, and business intelligence to support primary care contracting and financial decision-making. Develop and deliver decision support tools and reporting applications. , ? Extract, collect, analyze, and interpret contracting terms and financial data. , ? Address business questions regarding contracted rates and quality measures. , ? Interact directly with internal and external clients to deliver analyses. , ? Act as the analytic team lead for complex projects, mentoring team members. Requirements ? 6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role. , ? Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques and tools. , ? Proficiency in SAS/SQL/Python/R for data manipulation and transformation. , ? Excellent communication and presentation skills. , ? Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability. , ? Experience working in a data warehouse environment with large data sets. Nice-to-haves ? 8+ years of healthcare data analytics experience. , ? Advanced Excel modeling skills with experience owning complex models end-to-end. , ?
