Virtual Patient Representative for Waitlist Management Support - Women's Health

Description: We are looking for a temporary Patient Representative excited about creating a high-quality patient-experience and contributing to the smooth operations of a growing women’s health practice. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, and has strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges with empathy and creativity. What you will do: This role will serve as a remote patient representative. This includes supporting patient waitlist management through a mixture of patient communications (phone calls, messages, etc.) and working in our electronic health record. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree OR a High School Diploma/GED and 2+ years relevant experience in the healthcare field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Detail-oriented and well-organized with a strong work ethic Strong computer skills Familiarity with EMRs preferred Apply Job!
