Job Overview We are looking for a Sales Administrator to qualify leads, assess property compatibility, answer questions about the product, and provide cost estimates for our flood barriers. This is a remote role requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, understanding of Excel, Gmail & CRMs, and the capacity to learn how to use new software. Knowledge of construction would be a huge plus. Responsibilities: • Conduct video calls with potential customers who have expressed interest in our products. • Assess the compatibility of their property with our flood barriers. • Explain how our product works and answer customer questions. • Provide cost estimates based on measurements and specifications. • Maintain records of customer interactions in Excel and CRM software. • Run emailing campaigns • Represent our company values of quality service and customer-first solutions. Qualifications: • Proficiency in Excel for tracking and calculating estimates. • Comfortable conducting video calls for consultations. • Strong English speaking and writing skills. • Ability to work from home with a reliable computer and internet connection. • Self-motivated and able to work independently. • Experience in the construction industry (knowledge of home structures is a plus).
