Part-Time Remote Assistant

We’re a growing web design company looking for a reliable and motivated part-time assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a remote role, requiring approximately 4 hours of work per day. Key Responsibilities: Writing content for our website and social media platforms Designing banners and posters using tools like Canva (or similar) Reaching out to potential clients via LinkedIn and other platforms Calling leads who have submitted project inquiries on our website Occasionally sending cold emails or making follow-up calls to generate new business Assisting with administrative tasks and online research Collaborating with the team to support overall business growth (Optional but rewarded): If you’re available to speak with a lead outside your working hours, a bonus will be offered for successfully closed deals What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and writing skills Basic design ability Comfortable using social media platforms Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment Previous experience in similar tasks is a plus, but not required Trial Period: We will begin with a trial period of up to one month. If the role is not a good fit or the skills do not align with what was presented, we may end the trial early. Our goal is to find someone who’s the right match for the long term.
