Greet and assist patients with a warm, friendly attitude ? Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently ? Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries ? Manage patient records and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process ? Coordinate with the orthodontic team to maintain an organized workflow Social Media Management: ? Create engaging content (photos, videos, reels) for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ? Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build our online community ? Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to attract new patients ? Track social media trends and engagement to optimize content strategy What We?re Looking For: ? Excellent communication and people skills ? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities ? Experience with social media platforms and content creation ?
