Food Service Distribution Position
Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and experienced Local Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers using a tractor-trailer, adhering to strict safety protocols, and maintaining excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities: ? Drive a tractor-trailer to deliver products to customers, following established routes and schedules. ? Loading and unloading products, utilizing hand carts and pallets as needed. ? Maintain safe working conditions, adhering to state and Department of Transportation regulations. ? Verify product deliveries, resolve any discrepancies, and collect payment when necessary. Requirements: ? Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License, with a clean driving record. ? At least one year of commercial driving experience, or completion of Sysco's Entry-Level Driver Training Program. ? Ability to lift, push, and move products weighing up to 100 pounds. ? Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
