HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT TMH Physician Partners supports the nearly 40+ affiliated physician practices of Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare (TMH). As the Executive Assistant to the President of TMH Physician Practices, one will provide administrative and clerical support to the President and Vice President of Operations. The right candidate will demonstrate professional standards of confidentiality, loyalty, dedication, independent decision-making skills, open communication, problem-solving skills, organizational skills, courtesy, and tact. Initiates, prepares, coordinates, and completes executive tasks associated with the President and Vice President's areas of responsibility. Facilitates meetings, coordinates timely and accurate communication to reporting managers and departments, and performs other functions in Practice Management. Answers telephones and greets visitors, appropriately routes inquiries of a sensitive nature from the public, medical staff members, internal hospital departments, and outside organizations. Additional skills needed are contract management, Outlook calendar management, and the ability to think independently.
