The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: ? Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. ? Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. ? Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions Sales and Business Development: ? Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new customer ? Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Account Management: ? Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client and customer needs and objectives. Customer Support: ? Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly. ? Collect and analyze client feedback to improve products and services. Responsibilities ? Build and maintain client relationships ? Track and record metrics throughout sales process ? Meet and exceed financial goals ? Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree 2-3 years of business experience ? Strong written and verbal communication skills ?
