CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES REPRESENTATIVE The Representative performs many different duties at Cedar Gill including customer service, upselling products and services, troubleshooting customer issues, and providing sales support. RESPONSIBILITIES ? Greet customers as they enter. ? Answer customer questions regarding products and services. ? Manage the company events, tradeshows, and retail partners effectively. ? Maintain customer information and confidential documents. ? Assist sales team with new product launches and promotions. QUALIFICATIONS ? Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma required ? One to three years of customer service experience ? Quick learner ready to assist on new projects NECESSARY SKILLS ? Customer service skills ? Effective communication ? Organization PREFERRED SKILLS ? Closing skills ? Cross-selling and identifying customer needs ?
