Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
GenTech Associates is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality care to residents. This role is essential in supporting nursing staff and ensuring the well-being of residents by assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and health monitoring. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong observational skills, and a commitment to resident safety and comfort. Minimum Qualifications: ? Must be at least 18 years old at the time of hire. ? Possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida. ? Hold a valid CPR certification or be willing to complete training upon hire. ? Ability to complete a full, two-week orientation at the time of hire. ? Physically capable of lifting and carrying 20 lbs., staying alert while on duty, and occasionally working 16-hour shifts. Key Responsibilities: ? Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, drinking, and mobility. ? Provide safe and supportive monitoring and observation of assigned residents. ? Report resident concerns, needs, or changes in condition to the nurse or shift supervisor. ? Accurately document resident care and observations within facility guidelines. ? Support medical personnel by ensuring residents are prepared for health-related tasks. ? Complete assignments in a timely, accurate, and cooperative manner. ? Maintain professionalism, including punctuality, adherence to dress code, and accurate timekeeping. Why Join Us?
