Help patients with daily functions, such as dressing or bathing ? Housework, like vacuuming or doing laundry. ? Shopping and cooking meals ? Schedule doctor appointments or other meetings and arrange transportation. ? Register and inform the nurses about the patient's health status. ? Teach patient self-care skills Requirements: ? Certificatied in New York to work as an HHA or PCA ? Valid ID ? Authorized to work in the United States ? Social Security Card (We do not accept TaxID) ? Happy and willing to provide care ? Ability to care for patients ? Experience in palliative care, home care, or other related fields is an advantage. ? Ability to care for minor medical problems ?
