Execute trades accurately and efficiently for clients in a timely manner. Monitor trade execution and resolve any issues or discrepancies. Maintain a strong understanding of trading operations and stay updated on industry changes and regulations. Utilize various trading platforms and systems to execute trades. Communicate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Maintain accurate and organized records of all trades and transactions. Collaborate with other departments, such as compliance and risk management, to ensure all trades are executed within company policies and procedures. Continuously improve and streamline trade execution processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Stay updated on market trends and provide insights to assist clients in making informed trading decisions. Perform daily reconciliations and resolve any trade discrepancies. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal controls. Train and mentor new team members on trading operations processes and systems. Act as a point of contact for trade-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or risks related to trade execution. Collaborate with other teams to develop and implement new trading strategies and procedures. Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to strict data protection policies.
