Key Responsibilities: • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Order Processing: Prepare and process orders, ensuring accuracy in labeling, documentation, and shipment tracking. • Shipping & Receiving: Verify and document incoming shipments, inspect for damages, and ensure proper storage. • Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter data into inventory and logistics systems while generating reports as needed. • Coordination & Communication: Work closely with warehouse staff, supervisors, and transportation teams to facilitate smooth workflow. • Safety & Compliance: Follow company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure work environment. • General Warehouse Support: Assist with basic warehouse tasks, such as organizing inventory and supporting loading/unloading operations. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. • Experience:Prior experience in warehouse operations or clerical work is preferred. • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus. Skills & Abilities: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, inventory systems). • Effective communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment.
