Entry Level Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual in Mandarin)

About the position The Entry Level Logistics Coordinator position at IM Global LLC is a full-time role based at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. This position is ideal for individuals who are bilingual in Mandarin and have a keen interest in supply chain management. The primary responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator is to facilitate effective communication between the customer services team and US vendors, ensuring that all customs clearance information and documents are complete and accurate. The role requires real-time monitoring and tracking of shipments, addressing any operational or entry issues that may arise during the customs clearance process. In addition to communication duties, the Logistics Coordinator will coordinate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers to meet customer needs, including order fulfillment, forwarding, dropshipping, transshipment, and demolition. The position also involves monitoring import customs clearance and transportation, as well as collaborating with the customer service team to resolve issues related to lost or undeliverable packages and processing refund requests. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery. Responsibilities • Assist with the communication between the customer services team and US vendors. , • Ensure the completeness of customs clearance information and documents. , • Complete timely communication between service providers and airlines. , • Monitor and track shipment's customs clearance information and status. , • Investigate, resolve, and communicate operational or entry issues. , • Coordinate and follow-up with warehouses and third-party warehouses for customer needs. , • Monitor and coordinate import customs clearance and transportation. , • Follow up with last mile solution providers regarding lost packages, undeliverable packages, and refund requests. Requirements • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university. , • 1-2 years of related experience and/or training. , • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. , • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software. , • Fluency in Mandarin.
