At Elevance Health, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and customer service driven Claims Representative (Health & Dental). The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the claims process. The ideal candidate should also have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Our Claims Representative (Health & Dental) will manage and process all incoming and outgoing claims for our clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. We are seeking a Claims Representative (Health & Dental) who meets the following qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a claims role• Familiarity with medical terminology• Ability to work independently as well as with a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel• Strong customer service skills and the ability to build relationships with clients • Excellent communication and organizational skills• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations• Experience with electronic claims submission • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly • Knowledge of claims processing systems Responsibilities for a Claims Representative (Health & Dental): Process incoming and outgoing claims for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations. Utilize electronic claims submission systems to manage tasks and prioritize accordingly. Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) to create and update documents. Maintain accurate records of all claims processing activities. Review and verify all submitted claims to ensure accuracy. Monitor claims processing systems to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
