About the position The Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Rythmos Inc. is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive testing strategies and plans to ensure the quality of software products. This role involves both manual and automated testing, utilizing various tools and frameworks to perform different types of testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing. The engineer will work collaboratively within a team and may travel nationwide for project assignments. Responsibilities Develop project plans, test strategies, and test plans. , Create test scenarios and test scripts for software testing. , Execute manual and automated testing processes. , Develop testing frameworks using various tools such as Quality Center, Selenium, and Jmeter. , Perform different types of testing including Smoke, System Integration, Functional, GUI, Regression, Database, and User Acceptance testing. , Collaborate with team members and work under limited supervision. , Travel nationwide for short and long-term project assignments. Requirements Master's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, technology management, or related field. , Proven experience in software quality assurance and testing. , Knowledge of testing tools such as Quality Center, Quick Test Pro, Selenium RC, Jira, TestLink, Jmeter, TFS, VSTS, SOAP-UI, SQL Developer, and Jenkins. , Experience with Oracle as a backend repository on Windows, Unix, and Linux platforms.
