Support Technicians We are looking for System Support Agents to train to provide technical assistance to our telecom clients. We will train you to train on, configure, and troubleshoot VoIP phone systems. If youre computer-savvy and are looking to start your IT career track, wed like to meet you. To succeed in this role, you should have a problem-solving attitude along with the ability to follow technical instructions. You should be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
