About the role

We are seeking a hands-on and action-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to scale systems and reporting for our go-to-market team in the US and UK. Based out of our Midtown Manhattan office (preferred), this hybrid role is a unique opportunity to drive growth, shape processes, and enable a high-performing team at the forefront of data streaming innovation. What will you be doing?

  • You will own and optimize the tech stack by managing and enhancing our CRM (HubSpot) and GTM tools, ensuring seamless integrations and maintaining data integrity.
  • You will improve funnel visibility and reporting by building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue performance for all stakeholders, including individual reps, managers, and senior leadership.
  • You will optimize processes by identifying bottlenecks in our lead-to-close workflows, implementing automations, and designing process improvements that maximize revenue opportunities.
  • You will support GTM execution by managing lists, refining marketing segmentations, conducting territory analysis, developing growth models, and handling other ad-hoc projects.

    • What experience are we looking for?

  • You have experience managing CRM systems and other best-in-class GTM technologies (Demandbase, Hubspot, Gong, Zoominfo, etc)
  • You have confidence having admin permissions to all of our systems
  • You are comfortable maintaining integrations across the GTM stack in a way that creates meaningful data
  • You can build reports and dashboards that creates visibility and action across the business
  • You are comfortable manipulating data in Excel and Google Sheets; pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH functions are your love language
  • You have a builder’s mindset and are enthusiastic about our mission!
