Experience • Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. • Strong office skills with proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and record keeping. • Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. • Experience in client services or cash handling is beneficial but not mandatory. • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
