Performance Marketing Manager

• Plan, execute, and optimise high-performing marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and review sites.
• Strategically manage performance marketing budgets to maximise ROI across channels and markets.
• Analyse and enhance campaign performance, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies and drive pipeline generation.
• Work closely with the Growth team to refine landing page copy, execute A/B testing, and improve the end-to-end ad experience.

• Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, ideally within a multi-market B2B SaaS scale up.
• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and marketing automation/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Comfortable interpreting data to derive actionable insights and optimise strategies.
• Ability to empathise with customer pain points and create compelling campaign strategies.
• A growth hacker at heart with a creative, hands-on approach and a passion for experimentation.
• Fluent in English and German (at least C1).
• Thrive in both independent work and cross-functional team environments.
