Electronic Repair Technician

You will be responsible for repairing complex electronic and mechanical equipment, contributing to product development, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Repair complex electronic and mechanical equipment at the component level. ? Participate in intermediate product development activities to enhance equipment functionality. ? Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and ensure service excellence. ? Construct complex fixtures to support maintenance tasks. ? Analyze warranty claims and develop root cause solutions to resolve issues. ? Process service report paperwork accurately and efficiently. ? Contribute to the ATS Culture Initiative by continuously improving processes and upholding safety standards. Qualifications and Experience: ? Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school, with 5-8 years of related experience, or 10 years of equivalent combination of education and experience. ? Proficiency in interpreting technical documents and instructions. ? Strong mathematical skills, including algebra, physics, and geometry. ? Thorough understanding of electronics and/or mechanics with intermediate to complex troubleshooting abilities. ?
