Remote - Dynamics 365 Functional Customer Engagement Consultant - 12 months contract Need some to travel to the client location as and when required. (10 Parkway North Suite #100 Deerfield, IL 60015) After he starts he needs to be at client location for initial 3 weeks. We will cover the expenses Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service modules. Strong understanding of CRM concepts, business processes, and best practices. Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE using tools such as Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in Dynamics 365 CE. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Microsoft certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant Associate are preferred. Apply Job!
