Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to accurately input, verify, and manage various data sets. In this role, you will support our operations by maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Data Input Enter and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms with precision. Regularly review data to identify and correct any errors or discrepancies. Database Maintenance Organize digital files and records to maintain efficient data retrieval processes. Conduct routine checks to ensure data quality and security. Collaboration Coordinate with team members and supervisors to clarify project objectives and deadlines. Prepare reports summarizing data trends or issues for management review. Confidentiality Handle sensitive information in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Uphold all data privacy and security measures consistently.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is advantageous. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Suite (Sheets, Docs). Typing Speed : Able to type at least 50 WPM with a high degree of accuracy. Attention to Detail: Keen eye for spotting inconsistencies and errors. Time Management: Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Internet : Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop for remote work.
