Sr Producer - Innovation Labs

[h3]Job Description[/h3] As a Lead Producer, you will be a pivotal part of our Ecosystem team in Mooresville, NC. Your role will involve overseeing the design and delivery of innovative projects and processes, ensuring quality and timely execution, and managing cross-functional collaborations. [h3]Key Responsibilities[/h3] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Oversee the development and execution of the Ecosystem project portfolio, including proof-of-concept deployment, startup accelerator programs, and creative brand asset development.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Develop and guide a team responsible for key financial, HR, and operational processes in Lowe’s Innovation Labs-Mooresville/Charlotte.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Innovate and streamline internal processes.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Ensure compliance with standards for high quality creative output.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Manage the creation of partner-led prototypes and concept videos.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Establish and maintain relationships with external creative and technology vendors and contractors.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders within Lowe’s and the wider enterprise for alignment and co-innovation opportunities.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Lead a team in executing technology proofs-of-concepts and pilots in coordination with the Product Management unit.[/li][/ul][/ml] [h3]Basic Qualifications[/h3] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Bachelor’s Degree.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]10 years of experience in creative production and/or technology.[/li][/ul][/ml] [h3]Preferred Qualifications[/h3] [ml][ul][li indent=0 align=left]Strong organizational and project management skills.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Excellent oral and written communication abilities.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience in leading innovation-oriented and/or interactive creative experiences.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Passion for emerging technology and a clear vision for customer-friendly use cases.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Background in creative development with strong aesthetic judgment.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Proven ability to work well with cross-functional teams.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Experience in a startup, corporate innovation, or interactive media environment.[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Subject matter expertise in one or more emerging technology fields (e.g., AR/VR/XR, Robotics, AI).[/li][li indent=0 align=left]Proficiency in Office 365 and/or Adobe Creative Suite.[/li][/ul][/ml] [h3]About Lowe’s[/h3] Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
