Commercial Account Manager Assistant

Seeking a commercial insurance assistant for an established insurance brokerage. The commercial lines division has an opportunity for a skilled and committed Commercial Insurance Assistant to support the account management team servicing middle-market clients. This role offers the flexibility of a fully remote working environment. Responsibilities • Assist the account management team in the day-to-day servicing of commercial lines accounts, ensuring efficient handling of client inquiries and operational tasks. • Facilitate the preparation and processing of insurance documents such as endorsements, certificates of insurance, policy changes, and renewals, maintaining accuracy and compliance with industry standards. • Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and brokers, providing timely updates and follow-ups to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction. • Maintain and update client records and data in the brokerage's management system, ensuring all information is current, accurate, and easily accessible to the account management team. • Provide administrative support to the commercial lines team, including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and preparing reports and presentations to assist in client meetings and business development activities. Qualifications • Commercial insurance experience in an agency or brokerage environment. • Must possess a California Property & Casualty license. • Demonstrated excellence in customer service. • Strong capabilities in both written and verbal communication. • Familiarity with the Applied EPIC agency management system is advantageous.
