Bookkeeper/Personal Assistant to President

Remote considered after 90 day probation period. BOOKKEEPER/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT This is an opportunity at a prominent 50 plus year real estate conglomerate’s corporate office. The perfect candidate will be detailed, multi-tasker, ability to work independently, pleasant in person and on the phone, possess a can-do attitude, and have the desire to grow with the company. Primary Duties include, but are not limited to: - Bookkeeping (AR/AP) - Monthly bank reconciliations - Annual registrations with GA SOS - Personal assistant to the President (vacation planning, sending email, printing emails, copying, insurance, etc.) - Filing/scanning - Maintain office supplies/kitchen supplies - Bank deposits - Prepare spreadsheets (Excel) - Prepare lease/contract summaries - Calendar and track critical dates in leases/contracts - Research Skills: - Microsoft Office - QuickBooks - Real Estate Knowledge - Organized/Detailed - Can-do attitude Requirements: Excel (Microsoft Office Suite), MUST HAVE QuickBooks, high math aptitude, familiarity with typical office machines (phone, fax, copier, scanner), accounting background, familiarity with real estate, excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work with stringent timelines.
