Duties • Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for the sales team. • Utilize Close CRM and other software tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of customer information. • Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs. • Collaborate with the management to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to sales closure. • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to enhance your outreach efforts. • Participate in training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and product knowledge. Qualifications • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or technology sales is preferred. • Strong outbound calling skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus. • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with strong communication skills. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing outstanding service. • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
