Remote Patient Care Coordinator

This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team. Job Title: Remote Patient Care Coordinator Job Type: Full-time • Pay: $18 - $24 per hour Location: Remote Work Schedule of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator: • 30 - 40 hours per week • Monday - Friday • 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm - 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours) Who are we? • We help patients with type 2 diabetes, thyroid, and functional medicine. • We are a family-oriented, close-knit, one-on-one support and warm practice. • We love connecting with patients! Main Responsibilities of the Remote Patient Care Coordinator: This position is responsible for providing excellent patient care and supporting the office team. • Helping patients. • Helping patients apply for loans. • Ordering testing. • Doing calls on the phone and on Zoom. • Checking text messages and voicemails. • Selling and ordering supplements. • Scheduling with health coaches. • Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!). • Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling. • Engage in discussions related to payments, invoicing, and financial matters with patients, handling them professionally. All training will be provided!
