At Oakmonte Insurance, located in Henderson, Kentucky, our team of dedicated professionals works tirelessly to ensure our clients receive the best customer service experience possible. We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance specialist who holds an active Property & Casualty License. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our insurance office, ensuring that all client needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and professionalism. Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour This is a remote position

Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Manage client inquiries, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and effectively. Office Operations: Oversee day-to-day office functions, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient operations. Team Coordination: Collaborate with agents and underwriters to facilitate the insurance process and deliver exceptional service to clients. Policy Management: Assist with policy applications, endorsements, and claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Customer Support: Provide support to clients regarding policy details, claims processes, and general insurance inquiries. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as paperwork, scheduling, and office organization to support office efficiency.
Requirements
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Exceptional Business Writing and Editing Skills. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
