About the position The Healthcare Treasury Management Officer III at PNC is responsible for managing relationships with clients in the healthcare sector, focusing on growing sales, revenue, and market share. This role involves strategic relationship management, financial analysis, and risk assessment, while also mentoring team members. The position is remote, allowing for work from a confidential home location, and requires extensive experience in revenue cycle management and healthcare operations. Responsibilities • Set relationship strategies and direct relationship management activities with clients to grow sales and revenue. , • Create and drive strategies to acquire, expand, and retain client relationships. , • Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of credit and non-credit products and services. , • Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating various types of risks. , • Provide insights and ideas based on an understanding of client needs to drive engagement and loyalty. , • Manage a network of senior internal and external relationships to acquire and expand client base. , • Analyze, evaluate, and mitigate credit risk for complex credit requests. Requirements • University/college degree; higher education such as a Master's degree or PhD is desirable. , • 8+ years of industry-relevant experience. , • Knowledge of revenue cycle, EPIC, and Cerner integration. , • Strong skills in client relationship management and financial analysis.
