  • Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of Apple's product lineup, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and software applications. Stay up-to-date with the latest product releases and features.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently. Offer comprehensive solutions to resolve customer problems.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in booking service appointments at our Apple retail locations or arrange for device repairs as needed.

  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and resolutions in our CRM system.

•

  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow Apple Service Advisors, Apple Geniuses, and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Required Skills and Qualifications: •

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

•

  • Passion for Apple products and a strong desire to share that passion with customers.

•

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.

•

  • Technical aptitude and a quick learner when it comes to new technology.

•

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

•

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

•

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
