We pride ourselves on representing our dealer clients in a favorable light, transforming online interactions into valuable leads that contribute to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities • Address a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat. • Deliver precise information regarding products and services via chat communications. • Assist in scheduling appointments by honing in on necessary details. • Cultivate and keep updated a comprehensive knowledge base of our expanding products and services. • Gather customer contact information to support lead generation and client evaluation. • Provide summarized interactions based on customer requirements for client assessment. Required Skills • Excellent customer service capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. • Strong decision-making and analytical skills are essential. • Competence in typing, with a minimum speed of 35 WPM (40 WPM preferred). • Basic proficiency in internet navigation and window-based computer applications. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Adaptability to dynamic environments, showcasing a positive and professional demeanor. Qualifications • Prior experience in retail customer service or the automotive sector is preferred, though not mandatory. • Must possess fluency in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to successfully complete a background check is required. • Experience in an office environment, call center, or customer service role is advantageous (2+ years). • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification is necessary.
