Key Responsibilities: Efficiently receive and process orders Track all orders using delivery software Analyze clothing for alteration preparation Provide customer service via phone calls, returns processing, and online support Create invoices accurately Perform quality control for alterations Collaborate with a cheerful team Handle online order logistics Professionally communicate with customers in person, by telephone, Zoom, and email Document online orders with photography and CRM software Requirements: High school diploma or GED certificate Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with Google tools such as Gmail, Google Drive, and Google Calendar Attention to detail Knowledge of CRM and project management software: Asana and HubSpot If you are an upbeat individual with a desire to grow in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply and become a valuable member of our team at Tad More Tailoring.
