Director - Financial Revenue Operations

Description: At Bluesight, our mission is to create groundbreaking medication intelligence solutions that increase efficiency, safety, and visibility for health systems and pharmaceutical manufacturers. • We empower our customers to deliver the right medicine to the right patient at the right time, every time. • We are a high-growth healthcare information technology company with a start-up 'vibe,' but over 2,500 customers track medications using our proven solutions. • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director, Financial Revenue Operations to join our rapidly growing organization. • You will be the Financial and Reporting partner to measure and quantify commercial performance. • Reporting directly to the VP, Finance, this position has high visibility within Bluesight. • The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, detail-oriented, have strong influencing and communication skills, and successfully lead in ambiguous situations, and thrive in a fast-paced, SaaS environment. • You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. Requirements: 10+ years of relevant, corporate FP&A or Revenue Operations analytics experience in a high-growth SaaS / software organization. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance (MBA a plus). • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout an organization, including a track record of collaboration with senior-level executives and sellers. • Salesforce expert • NetSuite expert • Extensive financial modeling & systems experience • Strong analytical capabilities, able to develop new frameworks and model potential outcomes • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment and ability to guide team in ambiguous situations • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of accuracy • Proficient with key financial analysis metrics Benefits: The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location. • The pay for this position includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. • Bluesight also offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
