In this essential position, you will be responsible for steering our email and SMS marketing strategies, overseeing execution, and optimizing performance. Your contributions will significantly enhance our customers' experience and drive impactful results for our marketplace. Salary Range: (80,000-)115,000 annually Key Responsibilities • Design, implement, and manage engaging email and SMS marketing campaigns that yield high performance. • Facilitate collaboration between technical and creative teams to ensure unified campaign delivery. • Analyze campaign metrics, pinpoint areas for improvement, and apply actionable insights. • Work alongside growth and management teams to enhance user conversion rates, reduce unsubscribe rates, and boost engagement. • Ensure all email marketing initiatives are compliant with industry standards and best practices. • Maintain email databases and oversee IP reputation management. • Leverage web technologies and analytics tools to enhance engagement and refine marketing strategies. Required Skills • Proficient in HTML and familiar with content management systems. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing, managing campaigns with subscriber lists exceeding 1,000,000. • Strong proficiency in managing Email Service Providers (ESPs). • Experienced in utilizing web analytics tools, notably Google Analytics. • Demonstrated success in executing large-scale email campaigns. • Possess strong analytical skills coupled with effective communication and organizational capabilities. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
