Responsibilities • Enter and update data accurately in the database systems. • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Assist in retrieving data for various reports and analysis as requested. • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary information for data entry. • Identify and correct discrepancies in data entries. • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations. • Monitor data entry processes and suggest improvements for efficiency. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and database management software. • Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. PAY RATE: $19.49 - $30.24 Hourly Experience and Skills: • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and database management software. • Basic understanding of data privacy and security practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
