Sunrise Acceptance, an affiliate of the Easy Auto Group, is seeking an energetic Account Manager for our Finance company in Cleveland, TN. Account Managers provide our customers an outstanding customer experience, building relationships with the customers in their portfolios. The Account Manager is primarily responsible for managing their customer portfolios by placing outbound phone calls to customers to set up mutually agreeable payment arrangements. Our Account Managers generally start as Account Representatives, receiving extensive and on-going training to help them provide the utmost in customer service. They work in a team setting at our beautiful Sunrise Acceptance Main Office. In this customer service role, a professional demeanor, ethical work standards, and excellent communication skills are essential. We are looking for a competitive, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast paced environment and wants to increase their earning potential. Additional requirements: • Experience in collections or finance is helpful, but not required. • Bilingual Spanish/English Speaking • Work ethic and integrity are a must, along with a strong customer service background and a great attitude. • The ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, with a commitment to doing the right things and serving customers. • Candidates must be capable of computing basic math calculations and must possess good computer skills. • A willingness to learn and promote a team environment. • The ability to work a five day work-week.
