Key Responsibilities Manage comprehensive travel arrangements for clients in the entertainment sector. Address client inquiries and promptly respond to travel-related questions. Maintain accurate travel itineraries and records. Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold client satisfaction standards. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery. Required Skills Demonstrated experience in travel planning, particularly within the entertainment industry. Proficient in Sabre GDS (Global Distribution System). Outstanding organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail. A proactive, positive attitude with a solution-driven approach. Strong commitment to customer service and client satisfaction. Capability to work independently with minimal oversight. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel planning, ideally in the entertainment sector. Background in customer service is essential. High school diploma or equivalent; relevant travel planning certifications are preferred.
