Establishing robust relationships with customers and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including innovation labs, consultants, and marketing, will be crucial to your success. Key Responsibilities • Engage with customers to advocate for our product solutions in meetings and industry events, showcasing how our offerings can alleviate customer challenges and enhance business outcomes. • Collaborate with sales representatives to identify new sales opportunities and expand existing client accounts. • Lead proof-of-concept engagements by developing and assessing technical solutions, whether remotely or onsite. • Deliver impactful presentations and facilitate technical discussions, particularly with executive-level stakeholders. • Contribute to innovation by providing valuable feedback from customer interactions, helping to inform product development to align with market demands. • Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to enhance the overall capabilities of the organization. • Customize presentation materials to cater to the specific needs of each customer, thereby enriching their experience. Required Skills To excel in this role, we are looking for an individual who is self-driven, ambitious, and passionate about technology and customer success. Candidates should possess: • Team Collaboration: A cooperative team player who can effectively work across various functions and assist colleagues as necessary. • Communication Skills: Proficiency in conveying technical concepts in business-friendly terms, simplifying complex ideas for better comprehension. • Technical Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in the observability or application performance management (APM) domain. • Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting capabilities to guide customers toward effective solutions. • Project Management: Competence in managing multiple projects while collaborating with different sales teams to meet business objectives. • Desire to Learn: A growth mindset with a strong commitment to staying abreast of new technologies and practices. • Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of experience in the observability sector. Preferred Requirements • Familiarity with modern technologies such as containers, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools.

Compensation
