Position Overview: As a Cold Caller/Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a fully commission-based role, offering high earning potential for those who excel in phone-based sales and appointment setting. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from provided lists. • Introduce and explain the company's services. • Set qualified appointments for the sales team. • Overcome objections and qualify leads based on set criteria. • Keep accurate records of call results and update the CRM system regularly. Qualifications: • Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred. • Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive phone presence. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a strong desire to earn based on performance. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Basic computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus. Compensation: • This is a 100% commission-based role, with uncapped earning potential.
