In this position, you will manage marketing campaigns for our clients, emphasizing face-to-face outside marketing, sales, and promotional activities. Our unique approach to direct marketing in a field and outside sales setting consistently exceeds client sales goals and enhances brand recognition and customer support daily. This role offers opportunities for uncapped commission paid weekly. Responsibilities: Engage with potential consumers daily, educating them about current promotions in the field Accurately assess and qualify leads in the field Maintain and drive marketing and sales campaigns within the local area Troubleshoot issues and deliver excellent customer service to existing clients Attend weekly team meetings to stay updated on campaign and promotion changes Track personal and team marketing and sales goals Learn all promotional materials Qualifications: Experience in customer service and/or team collaboration Goal-oriented with a continuous learning mindset Team player with strong self-management skills Adaptable and flexible Demonstrated leadership capabilities Local candidates only, please!
