Entry Level Manager Daily Responsibilities: Engage with customers through residential outreach initiatives Undergo intensive training in management, sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship management Assist in identifying potential customers, generating awareness, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets Work closely with experienced sales professionals to learn effective selling strategies and best practices Participate in the planning and execution of promotional marketing and sales campaigns to create brand awareness and drive visibility for our clients Contribute actively to Entry Level Manager team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs Participate in entry-level meetings to enhance managerial and organizational skills Learn effective team management, communication, and problem-solving techniques Entry Level Manager Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds A passion for sales, management, and business development Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Adaptability and willingness to travel as needed Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week Benefits: Professional development assistance
