Phlebotomist Team Leader/ $22 per hour

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Team Leader to work at our Franklin, TN Facility. The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising phlebotomy staff and processes that involve performing donor suitability interviews, phlebotomy of volunteer blood donors, adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Prior related supervisory skills are required and advanced skills... in customer service, problem solving and attention to detail. Phlebotomist Team Leader Qualified applicants should possess: • a high school degree or equivalent, • a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience, • strong customer service skills with attention to detail, • a positive, caring attitude and, • scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts that may include weekend, • some overtime may be required.
