POSITION SUMMARY Aleut Federal has supported three Job Corps Center (JCC) locations in Albuquerque, NM, Chicago, IL, and El Paso, TX. We are looking for a talented Recruiting Business Partner Coordinator to join the team. The Recruiting Business Partner Coordinator will source candidates, evaluate resumes, schedule interviews, and create offer letters. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Refer appropriate candidates to the hiring managers. • Provides support coordination of recruitment projects and related services to supervisors, hiring managers, recruitment team members, and others. • Provides information, responds to questions, and collects applicant data to represent and promote the organization to potential applicants. • Serves as a resource for recruitment policies, procedures, and practices for supervisors, HR staff, and others. Refers to recruiters and other staff as appropriate. • Handles and prioritizes multiple ranges of advanced administrative duties with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative. • Create a job posting on the Applicant Tracking System (UKG). • Assess incoming resumes. • Screen potential employees. • Conduct interviews by Microsoft Teams. • Maintain interview and hiring records. • Create offer letters. • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor EDUCATION/TRAINING • High school diploma or GED EXPERIENCE • Recruiting and interviewing skills. • Phone, Teams, and online meeting platform skills. • Supports workplace diversity. • Professionalism, organization, and project management skills. • Understanding of human resources policies and practices. • Ability to conduct various types of interviews. • Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems. • Basic computer skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and with a team. • Must be able to respond to changing requirements. • Ability to work outside regular work hours at short notice when workload dictates.
