Key Responsibilities Provide support in a range of HR functions, encompassing compensation and benefits programs, employee life cycle management, and the implementation of policies. Address employment-related inquiries with discretion and confidentiality. Ensure compliance with employment regulations while reviewing HR policies and procedures. Assist in onboarding processes, employee recognition initiatives, and management of employee leave policies. Serve as a backup for biweekly payroll processing, managing electronic payroll systems and HRIS platforms. Compile and analyze data to create reports and presentations that support informed decision-making. Cultivate a positive work atmosphere that champions belonging, dignity, and justice. Required Skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a talent for collaboration with diverse teams. Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS platforms (preferably within a Mac environment). Exceptional attention to detail and strong judgment in problem-solving scenarios. Dedication to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace. Qualifications A minimum of 4 years of HR experience or a bachelor's degree in a business-related field combined with at least 2 years of HR experience.
