Crew Member - Full-time

Our firm is in need of a driven and passionate leader to fill a full time Crew Member opening at our office in the Portland area immediately. As a Crew Member with our team, you will focus on generating excitement and awareness throughout the community on behalf of our clients. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in sales and marketing, while also... giving back to the community. Entry Level Crew Member Responsibilities: • Effectively convey our clients brand, goals and initiatives with the purpose of generating revenue on their behalf • Set up and attend local events regularly to spread our partner's mission and build lasting relationships with community members • Assist donors with registration and enable ongoing communication and support, so they accept and accurately notate donations • Receive ongoing training, coaching, and support by attending daily meetings, networking sessions, and one-on-one mentorship Entry Level Crew Member Requirements: • Passion for philanthropy, renewable energy initiatives, giving back to local communities, and most importantly, working with people! • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy • Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset • Well-spoken, confident, articulate, and people-centric • Strong public speaking skills • Proven work ethic and self-motivated • Candidates that can start immediately are highly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $1,200.00 per week Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift Work Location: In person Apply Job!
