Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Jonesboro, AR... Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at a local auto body shop. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and assist with inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule appointments and provide accurate information regarding services and pricing. Coordinate with the auto body technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions. Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Previous customer service experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in basic computer skills. Knowledge of automotive terminology is a plus.
