Description:

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Strong problem-solving abilities
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory
Responsibilities:
– Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Resolve client issues promptly and accurately
– Document and update client records in our system
– Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
– Provide product information and support to clients
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times

Educational Qualifications:
