Job Description
As a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring passenger safety and delivering top-notch service. Youll have the opportunity to meet new people every day, travel to different destinations, and join a team that truly values your contribution.
Responsibilities
– Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers.
– Conduct pre-flight safety checks and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures.
– Offer food and beverages and sell onboard products.
– Address passengers questions and concerns with professionalism.
– Assist passengers with special needs.
– Maintain a clean and tidy cabin.
Requirements
– Minimum age of 21 years.
– High school diploma or GED equivalent.
– Ability to reach overhead storage compartments and operate emergency exits and equipment.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Must be able to pass a rigorous training program.
– Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
– Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Education Qualifications
– High School Diploma or GED required.
– Further certifications in hospitality, customer service, or safety are a plus.
Experience
– Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or airlines is preferred but not necessary.
